Kamal Ravikant is the author of the bestselling books Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It, Live Your Truth and Rebirth. He's been a US Army Infantry soldier, held the hands of dying patients, climbed in the Himalayas, spoken to audiences around the globe, walked 550 miles across Spain, meditated with Tibetan monks, and has worked with some of the best people in Silicon Valley. But more than anything, he is passionate about writing books that improve lives. He lives — for now — in New York City.
I first read Kamal's book “Love Yourself…” in 2014, while I was going through some difficult times in my life. I remember how, right after reading the first few pages of the book, I looked up and everything looked different, better, brighter. It helped me pull myself out of a hole I was in.
Years went by and earlier in 2018 I decided to read it again, and wow, it had the same life-changing effect on me. I noticed Kamal's email was in the book, so I decided to email him and tell him about his book has impacted my life, and how awesome it would be to interview him for my podcast. To my surprise, he replied! And it wasn't an assistant, it was himself! And he said yes. And after a few e-mails back and forth the interview finally happened and here it is! 😀
I sincerely hope you enjoy it, and that you implement what we talk about. There's no greater gift you can give yourself than loving yourself.
