I recorded this video in 2016, but it took me a while to decide to upload it, because the quality is not great. But then, one of my team members who edits my videos, told me that after watching it and editing it, he decided to quit his day job and continue to pursue video filming and editing full time. That made me decide to put this video out there because, damn, it's a powerful message.
